Happy Easter, and happy Trans Day of Visibility, especially to those for whom both is meaningful. This was appreciated at the trans table of Easter lunch I wish I'd framed the photo slightly better, but I was quite zonked when I took it what with getting up at 4:15... I remember seeing @jayhulmepoet.bsky.social doing a BBC radio programme for Easter - if you go to his profile you can find it He did. (He was also one of those at the trans table!) I haven't yet listened to Jay's programme having been with him at the point it was broadcast... I also love this poem he wrote a few years back Is it not also Hug A Medievalist Day? Or is that a loveable feast? I thought the saint on the left was St.Herman of Alaska. Who are the two saints depicted here next to Christ.
