Current keyboard needs a lot of work IMO. The period next to the space bar and switching from emoji back to text are maddening sometimes.

Period next to the spacebar should have been immediately flagged and fixed. Has to be the #1 typo.

Why does this somehow make the entire thing look fake? Like it's not a real keyboard but a mockup? I mean other than it being an edit of the actual thing Wonder where the heck have I seen italic-y Univers to cause this association in my head

Possibly from one of the early apple keyboards, so it kinda fits - but also doesn’t. It’s of an era so it’s a bit jarring design wise too.

Honestly it looks kinda neat! I think the biggest thing that makes my brain go "hol up" is the placement of the legends in the corner rather than center. Like it works yes, it's still a rectangular hitbox and so. But it feels /off/ Less of this effect on physical, it just looks stylish in own way
