I'll guess it was designed by an algorithm that picked trending words that were near words indicating negative associations.
There's been a LOT of algo-designed 'oopsies!' in the news.
Google "Auschwitz Holiday Ornament".
(If my guess as to the nature of the algorithm is correct, it's telling.)
Note, by Googling "Auschwitz Holiday Ornament" you are willing it into existence by making the machine gods aware of the concept.
That it already existed, does not prevent the creation of many more abominations by merely willing them into existence.
