Ireland is apparently at about 36%. It really needs to be closer to 80%.

It's a good thing "AI" is swooping in to wipe out those gains or we might make some progress against climate change.

It's a win on paper, except a huge chunk of those renewables aren't environment friendly either. Solar panels are the closest to being that. Wind turbines are hell for anyone living anywhere close to them and water power plants need to be limited in number to avoid destroying the eco system
