he needs to stop focusing on answering directly, someone told him that he would sound better in comparison if he did that. but that isn’t who biden is! you can see him go off on a tangent and try to shut himself down…
… and then try to jump back to answering the question as asked and then answering for a bit and then tangenting and then he pauses and stutters and decides to go back to the question again and it’s made comparing him to HIMSELF look bad.
