hot take: all microblogging sites are unique echo chambers and none are representative of the country at large, and also all opinion pages are Just Some Person Posting (derogatory)
I keep seeing the accusations that this is an echo chamber and if we just went to Twitter we’d see was the “real” discourse is. But Bluesky seems split on this issue, while Threads seems even more pro Biden than here. I think the fragmentation of microblogging is distorting people’s gauge.
