U.S. v. Nixon was a 9-0 decision (or 8-0 with a recusal) against Nixon, if I remember correctly, today's Federalist Society judiciary would probably have some ABA-unqualified 32-year-old drone throw out the tapes in District Court somewhere in West Texas.
