We’re being given a choice to contribute towards influencing the way in which our fellow citizens are treated. If you give a fuck about other people (even if not yourself), vote!
I find these reasons… rather pathetic tbh.
We don’t just vote for ourselves, we vote for everyone. It’s a public good, no matter the (many, many) faults of the system.
