My mum, having been preparing food at home & conscious of residual odours on her clothing, once asked the cashier at Lidl, 'Can you smell onions?' To which the cashier solemnly replied, 'O-N-I-O-N-S'.

Ha! That’s marvellous 🤩 My post was just a fave Vic ‘n’ Bob joke (to which no one has responded appropriately. Oh it’ll be riotous if they do 😶)
