I don’t know why this surprises anyone. For profit health care cannot exist where there is no population base.

My medical care in the USAF 40+ years ago was first rate. It was provided for me and my family at the Air Force's own facilities. I guess that's not the case anymore.

I joined the ranks of spouse 20 yrs ago, at times I had no care, sub-standard care or my face straight lied to care. I had no dental or vision options the majority of the time. It was bad.

20 years after my time. I guess the slide gad begun.

Yeah it was rather sad. At one point I remember it being proposed that congress join tricare, and while they were telling us it was great, they overwhelmingly voted it down for them

hundreds of thousands of troops? why not tell them to invade a country that cares about its people?

It's the families that get hurt the most.

What about the local residents of these areas? No. WHAT ABOUT THE TROOPS?

surprised to learn any dod installation doesn't feature a medical unit. aren't there like doctors serving in the military and stuff?
