I think a reason why the Elden Ring DLC is so hard is because you'll just be riding your horse collecting mushrooms peacefully and all the sudden some dude with 8 limbs is like, "Foul Tarnished. I am your death. Fight me" Meanwhile you're just trying to find the map still.
