This job market is intense so if you’re job hunting, lean on your networks. Try to get referred to any position you’re interested in & get the inside scoop on how you can best perform. I know it’s extra upfront work, but it’s worth it. Sometimes it’s not enough to simply be amazing at what you do.

My initial impression of Bluesky is that it's pretty neat. There are some good people here, and I can't wait for there to be more. Feels better than Mastodon although, to be honest, decentralisation is not my top goal. I just want a cool place to connect with cool people. So far so good.
