my kid loved doge and all the memes, and got there YEARS after the peak, so that was a fun time.
sometimes i still deploy one to annoy them.
but i don't think they're really all that annoyed.
I have had Great Pyrs mostly, my 2 that have passed only made it to 10 ☹️. Have two girls now who are a bit smaller and not pure bred, so I’m hoping they hang out with me a little longer. Especially bc they are rescues, so I didn’t get the first 2 years with them!
My one not Pyr dog is a lab something something mix-still a big boy 80lbs - he is 13 now (and probably under 70lb bc old age) and we rescued him as a puppy, it is so nice having all this extra time - feels like bonus time
Aww your dogs sound amazing! 💓💓 and yes, there's always a trade off with puppy hood (super cute, more time but also lots of chewing and inappropriate peeing) But one of mine died youngish and it wrecked me, husband wanted me to get grief counseling cause I wasn't getting over it.
I personally miss the Doge days of the internet. When our biggest annoyance was an irritating meme. (I'm that one freak who always thought they were hilarious though.)
