"Some folks need killing!" he shouted. "It's a matter of necessity!"

He has to say what they think explicitly because he needs to make sure that them people know exactly what side he's on in order to avoid the possibility of friendly fire.
This is why i say it's not a grift for them.
Black conservatives are REALLY THAT ANTI-BLACK.
And the right just so happens to eat it up for as long as he's convenient.
