more cleaning: i finally removed batteries from my handhelds and believe it or not the GB Micro battery still had a pretty strong charge! after over 2 years in storage! n3DS batt starting to swell so i’m glad i caught it & found some NGPCs w/ AA batts inside showing very early signs of corrosion!!

My notes from my playthrough of Crow Country. The puzzles are just complicated enough to make you get out a pen and paper but not so hard that you’re left stumped for too long. A welcomed evolution of the more obtuse puzzles we used to get in survival horror & P&C adventure games in the 90s!

finished crow country and it’s easily one of my favourite games of the year i think this game truly understands the /entire aesthetic/ of PSX-era survival horror games; it’s a weapons-grade audio-visual nostalgia trip for those of us who grew up on this stuff short, satisfying, & built for replay
