Seems this isn't working for everyone. But I think people are having better luck enabling this on desktop first. Doing it that way transferred over for me on iPhone.

You can't change these directly in the iOS app, due to Apple's restrictions, so you'll have to do them in the Android app or via web browser

yeah, ios is a nightmare for nsfw content. apple's a bunch of puritan assholes
