Guess the name of the pub we are in. (Hint, we are in the Cotswolds.)

Two years ago we stayed in the most fabulous Airbnb we'd ever had the pleasure of staying in. We are back in Edam and staying here again.

Am trolling Youngest by sending him photos of various Greggs (the famous English sausage purveyor) I encounter in the UK. "Thinking of you" I message. He sends this in return with "And he is thinking of you."

All this shit going down while I'm in the UK and staying with folks who MUST have the news on at all times, I have ensconsed myself to the farthest corner of the caravan and am looking at old photos on my phone. Wonder Mutt atop Youngest brings me joy.

Free sausages and chips. That's Euros finals noshes. Did I mention the pub is giving them away free?

Seems like a good rule to follow, and not just in pubs.

Travel Log Day 4 Ahhhh, Wales!

Chilling with my SIL in greater Manchester. Some lads on her street hung a bunch of England flags on poles along the street. I can't help but point out that the flags at half-mast will be useful post-match. She was not amused.
