Time for another painting ... oil on panel. An old Japanese cast iron kettle that was given to me by the owner of my local tiny restaurant that I frequented about four times a week in Yokohama. It looks like it's floating, but it has a recessed base.

Another one of my paintings for Friday. Sorry to tell you that there are lots more to come 😉 12x9 inches ... oil on panel.

There were so many routes out, the fairest perhaps was the idea of a Peoples Vote on the final deal. Something Jacob Rees-Mogg proposed well before most others.

Tesla has been hit by the first strike in company history. Over 500 mechanics and technicians in Sweden won't touch a Tesla. No service, no repairs. And it could soon expand to no imports or exports, because Elon Musk refuses to sign collective agreements in any country.

An excellent article laying out the legal route by which the UK could join the EU. Jacob is a professor of EU law and definitely one to follow ⤵️

I have only authored one piece to date for east anglia bylines but I will follow everyone here. Excellent crowd.

UK can't 're-join' the EU. We have to start from scratcheastangliabylines.co.uk Psychologically and legally, we have to accept we have no special way back in. But with realism and political will, it's not impossible
