Three things the FSU got wrong this week:
- they didn't end up taking New Plymouth CAB to judicial review for cancelling a TERF booking. They realised they had no case.
- they are arguing a registered nurse can't have her private social media regulated by the nursing council.
This is plain wrong. The salient judgement is Jordan B. Peterson v college of psychologists of Ontario. They found that his social media was subject to restrictions on freedom of speech because he was a member of a regulated profession.
Finally - they wrote to a district council
about their employee pronoun policy. Their analysis is entirely wrong and just shows that they are a vehicle for Ani's and Ayling's extreme transphobia. Countering Hate Speech Aotearoa is writing to the council tomorrow.
FSU are just a bunch of fucking transphobes.
