Ah yes, I had a tumour removed from my abdomen 2 or 3 years back. I concur - sneezing or coughing fits are a really bad policy whist the sutures are still in!

keep your splinting pillow or towel close by! it really sucks but is usually resolving by 7 days post op

☹️ I remember the apprehensive horror as you feel the sneeze building, knowing there’s no way to stop it

and these sneezes don't even have a good reason! it's not a cold or allergies, my airways are perfectly clear, I just have that "looking at a bright light makes you sneeze" gene 😩
