WASHINGTON (AP) — Supreme Court makes it harder to charge Capitol riot defendants with obstruction, a charge also faced by Trump. Given how reliable and consistent the Court is with precedent, I'll definitely believe that it won't affect Trump's case. So the same should apply to protestors at the supreme court.
