Basically nothing I would have Biden do can start with Biden. Once again, Congress matters, once again Congress is MIA, and once again Congress is absent from the conversation
I am not impressed with AOC beating her chest about impeachment, but I bit my tongue because its the right chamber and I'd rather see her drive the conversation than be right
Honestly, I’m open to any and all avenues that will unfuck the court. Term limits across the board is my preferred solution in a vacuum, but with the near-impossibility of amending the Constitution to allow it, impeachment and/or adding seats sounds fine.
