forcing alito down the schlitterbahn as an official act

I'm sure the FAA is important and all, but what I'd really like to know is how this will affect the regulation of theme park waterslides.

My nephew was like somewhere between 8 and 10 years old when it killed that kid and he was telling me about it over the phone but he kept calling it the "shitterbahn" and I kept cracking up
