Being able to go on once a week and actually make notable progress because of global goals is really nice and ironically egalitarian.

Also the game does a good job matching players and things usually balance out nicely

It's also just genuinely fun even without unlocking everything, so I've been playing consistently and convincing friends to jump in occasionally
