The best laid plans of mice and console-tans...

Helldived again for the first time in a while (for freedom), still great stuff. I really do not mind a "live service" game where you can just jump back in, and your gear isn't out of date because you didn't play every day for six months straight.

I cheated by buying barbecue from a nice BBQ joint nearby and bringing it to dinner. If I've learned anything from working in comics, you can usually pay someone to do a part of the job better than you can.

🚨emergency commissions🚨🗣️ i have a lot of money to rack up to cover 2 months rent & bills and my current work simply won't get me enough in time, so extra commissions are seriously a lifesaver!! setting up a log of commishes keeps me paid and busy and housed!! 💖

Thinking about how the guys at FromSoftware and the Souls Office have a lore bible that will never ever come to light. That their stories probably do have a kinda correct and mostly consistent order of events and lore but when they give it to you in the games they just give the most enigmatic bits.

Man it's so good to have Star Trek Prodigy back for my Trek Nights. This is great.

Man the USS Protostar NX-76884 is the prettiest Starfleet ship and that's saying something for me.

You know what? Random positive shout out. The guys who designed the cardboard packaging for Dell monitors? Excellent work. Extremely good design and nearly completely recyclable except for the screen protector.

Been having a lot of suicidal ideation lately. It's not impossible to overcome, I think. But I would say there's been a noticeable uptick along with my generalized anxiety problems thanks to everything going on. I think I'll be fine, but I just wanted to get a little of that off my chest.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this would enable Trump to legally tell the Attorney General to prosecute specific people. Doesn't really matter, I suppose, because the entire decision makes the President a king anyway, but it shows what they want.

The thing I can't stop thinking about is this: I'm 48, and in my adult lifetime there has been one Republican who won the popular vote. But I will probably spend the rest of my life under the authority of a Supreme Court dominated by hard right conservatives. How is that democracy?
