Remember when we were being told that the demands to remove Hillel from campus were simple antisemitism, with no defensible motive? Hillel works with Israel's government to attempt to shape American diaspora responses to the war on campus.
If an on-campus agency is liaising with a foreign government to attempt to shape the perception of the students using that agency, it seems factually correct to me, to regard that on-campus agency as an arm of that foreign government.
And as such, it seems a fully valid target for the BDS movement
