Gorsuch literally wrote, in almost those exact same words, "In its majestic equality, the law forbids rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, beg in the streets and steal loaves of bread."
Also, as a disabled persion with serious mobility challenges, Gorsuch can *fuck entirely off* with his "Those with physical disabilities report [encampments] can pose a special challenge for them, as they may lack the mobility to maneuver safely around the encampments."
Like, sure, that's a problem. You know what would fix the problem? GIVING UNHOUSED PEOPLE SERVICES, MONEY, AND PRIVATE HOUSING THAT ISN'T AN UNSAFE SHELTER BED
I particuarly like(*) the repetition of "a bare quorum of 6 justices" in an opinion that is issued by a bare quorum of 6 justices
(* don't fucking like)
I’m not going to be able to bring myself to read these opinions for a little while, but without knowing what specific thing he’s done now, I wholeheartedly endorse this message
Somebody posted that the "bare quorum of 6 judges" was because the other three had recused themselves from that case due to conflicts of interest, another quaint practice from the past.
