About to have a hell of a taco.

I probably should harvest my garlic scapes this week...I'm thinking of putting some on a pizza. What else should I put on the pizza? (Sausage? Potato?) 🍽️🍜

I harvested mine and they're sitting in the fridge, not sure what I want to do with them.

The running list in my head is pizza, pesto, stir fry, or omelette...I don't have much in my garden but I'll find some local stuff to try as much as I can
