Slight twinge of ear ache at about 10 am brushed it off as a bit random. By 11 am it was excruciating and I had to leave church as thought I was going to yell out in pain. Never had it where it hurts the whole side of your face and down your neck. Had some paracetamol and am in bed. ๐
