ok but the first time i saw that movie i spent the first hour totally confused bc i could not, could not wrap my head around the idea that charlton heston's character was supposed to be mexican
Like Burt Lancaster playing a Frenchman in Frankenheimer's The Train (one of my B&W faves). He's surrounded mostly by actual French actors and sticks out like a sore thumb at first.
