celebrating July 4th / our 17th anniversary making vanilla cupcakes & buttercream frosting today, which I haven't done in a long time, we'll see how this goes 🍰

in other news the baby has started smiling a lot past week or two and finally caught one on camera

a couple weeks ago our neighbor got some new chickens and I guess they didn't all get along, cause two of them came over to our place and haven't left since. they pop over there to eat and then just hang out here all day all night, even when we bring them back. so we have two chickens now?
