1. Move SCOTUS to rural Nebraska—away from DC social scene, easy to see who comes to see justices, where they fly off to.
2. All judicial education programs are hosted and run—in, like, Hilton Expresses—by the Fed Judicial Center. Private groups can propose/help finance classes, but FJC runs them.
