HORROR MOVIE by @paultremblay.bsky.social is a brilliant piece of emotional horror that will tear your heart to shreds. The ending has such a crazy twist, it’s also probably going to fuck with you for days. It’s one of the best books I’ve read this year and it’s awfully bloody. 🕸️🔪📚

ARCADIAN is a dystopian with plenty of heart. It’s got some great acting, a few terrible effects, and a different sort of performance out of Nic Cage. There are some creative plot choices that I enjoyed, but it’s an otherwise run of the mill creature feature. 🕸️📽️🍿

THE RETURN OF GODZILLA takes us back to the franchise’s roots. The film is bold and inventive with just enough sci-fi to make it feel familiar. The practical effects in this movie are incredible. You really can’t go wrong with everyone’s favorite Kaiju wrecking Tokyo. 🕸️📽️🍿

GHOSTBUSTERS: FROZEN EMPIRE is full of the nostalgia fans would expect. It’s an intricate homage to the earlier films. While it’s a fine action movie, it lacks the heart of the last installment, and the character of the original. It feels like yet another retread going back to the well. 👻📽️🍿
