A good chunk of the population over 40. The question is, does he sundown? There appears to be no evidence. No angry miscues, no random tangents. Just some absent mindedness and time for thought and recall.
It appears Trump is a sundowner based on evening events. Anger, tangents, incoherence.
There's a conditioner called "Sundowner's Syndrome" where people with some forms of dementia rapidly lose function as the sun sets. It happens pretty frequently. And yeah, has nothing to do with the other "sundown" issue.
I will say Biden was always a foot in mouth guy to the point that noticing increasing “verbal miscues” is inherently a bit troubling. Like if someone said John Elway was “starting to hold footballs”
My problem is his endorsement of genocide, his relationship with policing, his relationship with oil and gas companies HOWEVER Project 2025 is not something the US can come back from and will result in the deaths of LGBTQIA people.
