Fun story: once while playing Vermintide I got bit by a (wild) mouse IRL

The cat brought it in so I had to be like "lads. I'm gonna have to go afk for a minute please keep me alive" and it turned out the mouse was very much not dead and the little bastard bit me when I went to pick it up. I very nearly gave it back to the cat!

If I had that box I would paint those Stormcast in a grimdark, Souls-like style. The character minis especially would be perfect. If only I had the extra money for that. XD

But seriously… you get it for the equivalent of $220 CAD… I hate GW’s price scheme. The box is $320 in Canada, $280 at best with the max 15% off. And then taxes on that.

GW prices suck big time. I bought the boxset from Wayland Games, getting a 20% discount off.

I peeked - some of the characters are just begging to be Marine heroes. Not so sure about the hammer guys or the horsey dude, or those sort-of angels.
