This one is "learn English from TV and then immigrate to the Northeast, picking up y'all in DC" y'all is all over NYC these days.
it's catching on I think i use it sometimes. not even in a dumb fake southern accent either. and i've never lived anywhere in the US south of the statue of liberty. It's a good word! Though I had to naturally train myself to use it, in NY I picked up you guys I probably still use that more
