I spent longer than I care to admit trying to work out how "Tokyo White" was a pun before I saw the other part.

there is a bakery near the East Side Gallery in Berlin named "East Side Bakery" and it angers me every time I see it. "Yeast Side Bakery" was right there for the taking!!!
