Do I have all the answers? No. I can't solve climate change or politics. But creation is rebellion and I want to help as many people as possible out of anxiety spirals and into sustainable action and creation.
Extremely abbreviated starting point for the chapter: All the terrible things are part of the same cloth. Claim a spot where you can do the work to unravel it. Choose a level of effort that is sustainable for you over the long haul.
