Food! Saturday tapa: crispified Coppa di Parma, charred broccolini stems.
@stellagarp.bsky.social I've never had Coppa di Parma. It looks beautiful. Smashed crab claws, baby! Ah, see, that one won't work on me. My taste buds do not find seafood agreeable. I know. But just going for the aesthetics. I will avoid #food in the future towards toy that include fish, molluscs, and crustaceans. Unless the photo is world-shaking! All forms of coppa are amazing, and I’m especially fond of hot coppa 😋😋😋
