I thought it was clear that this is not a real Dril post and just an example of people Kayfabing the credulous replier, but some of the quotes and replies on this seem to be taking it seriously, so, I’m sorry but
ClicksForCash/ PropagandaForProfit is THEE career *choice* for a fair number of otherwise UNemployables.
The existence of truth is irrelevant to this generation of wannabe *influencers*.
Weird things happen. In 2019 Tyler Scaggs starting pitcher for the Angels died on the road. Their first home game back they pitched a combined no-hitter the day before his birthday. The last combined no-no to occur in California (there are 5 MLB teams in CA) had been in 1991 on the day he was born.
Because that account tweets out fake dril tweets from time to time and it’s happened enough where I thought people would have caught on by now, what do you want from me
I thought I was smart and media savvy…but alas I am but credulous (I did try to Google the dril post to check it, but not until after I had shared to my group chat)
It’s a fake tweet made up by that @drilhistorian account, which has done this repeatedly before (eg a similar fake tweet that “foretold” Shinzo Abe getting doohickeyed).
This is an actual tweet from dril today
