It’s a perfect example of why courts should not be the final word on highly technical issues where they aren’t experts, per overturning the Chevron doctrine.

This is why writing and enforcing regulations mandated by congress should be the purview of scientists who know what they are doing. Not judges who just think they know what they are doing. Repealing Chevron is a disaster in the making.
