Few years ago I got a billows from thermoworks. It's a game changer for overnight cooks. I used to use a water pan and too much charcoal for thermoregulation at night and I'd still be up 4+ times adding fuel. Now I never leave the bed, just check temperatures on my phone and then go back to sleep.
