I just watched Leave the World Behind and it's gotta be hands down the strangest movie I've ever seen. It makes sense, sort of, at the end, but it's so freaking strange.
There was a lot about it that I liked, especially since it feels like if enough groups | countries | whatever banded t'gether, they might actually be able t'make sumthin like that happen here. We're certainly dysfunctional enough to destroy ourselves. But the deer...lol...so weird...
Yeah thinking more about it and giving it some time. I think I liked it. I was hooked all the way through with the weirdness and I kinda want to read the book now.
