The first hurricane of the season, Beryl, went from cat 1 to cat 3 in a flash. It's expected to hit cat 4 soon while crossing into hotter waters.
It'll pass south of PR but Lesser Antilles will get hit.
According to meteorologists, it's a historic event having a cat 3 in that area on this date in the year. Much earlier than recorded.
That does not bode well.
