Got it last summer, as did several other guests at my outdoor-in-late-July birthday party. NOT FUN

i have not had full heatstroke (thank god) but overall i find myself becoming overheated or dehydrated much more quickly than i used to be so i have to be much more careful about staying near AC

this also applies to some epilepsy drugs and mood stabilizers! if you're on daily meds hydrate early and often
