Couldn't Emer Higgins just rename the plan like she did the passport office rapid service and do a video about that?

It's the same mistake these sorts of groups make the world over. They assume that the current environment supports their business. They're unable to imagine the benefits that are obvious to everyone else. And the lessons from pretty much everywhere are: friendlier environment = more customers.

There’s a vote of business people in Ireland who seem to think it’s still 1960 where people drive into town and parks outside the shop and goes in, not just in Dublin but in small towns too. Nobody does that obviously but these businesses are so out of touch yet so loud
