One of the legislative branches wants this. Executive orders will be torched by the same court. So I'm not sure what they can do to fix it beyond running on it and getting the house and 50 senators willing to end the filibuster.

I can imagine America getting a trifecta with a Congressional majority large enough to push through real change -- but today I'm thinking that a trifecta is more likely to arrive for the forces of corruption.

Well about half the folks in those various branches are generally pro corruption and the other half think it would be rude to point it out so what can you do?
