Googles LLM is using way too much processing power and delivering poor results compared to regular Google Search. People have an issue with how much energy the LLM is spending.
well the good news is there is a lot of room for optimization, and since the introduction of chatgpt and friends the performance and power usage has dropped dramatically. it's something that can only get better even as use increases
