I don’t think of it as us creatives vs editors, it’s US (creatives, editorial, design, admin, warehouse, marketing, distro) vs THEM (the CEOS at the big 5 who have more money than god)

Yeah, It's the core struggle between the people who make the things having control of those things vs the people who pay for the things having control.
