Judges and congresspeople have neither the time nor the education to replace subject matter experts in regulating technical and medical fields. This ruling is absurd.

In fairness though, they've still cranking out those decisions, so that could change shortly.

Disaster for sure but it being #1 is debatable. Citizens United is still, in my opinion, what allowed financing for the radical right take over.

I hope the SCOTUS conservatives reap what they sow.
